Alexandra Leineke, Intern
Hello, I’m Alexandra Leineke, a second-year Master of Social Work (MSW) student currently completing my clinical internship. As part of my training, I’ve begun seeing clients and am committed to providing a supportive, respectful space where individuals can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
My clinical interests include identity development, depression, and anxiety. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, warmth, curiosity, and care. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives, and I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.
As I continue to grow in my clinical skills, I meet weekly with a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for supervision to ensure I’m offering thoughtful, ethical, and effective support.
In my free time I love going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with my dog Max!
Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey.
