“There is still hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t” -John Green

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I see clients as the experts on their own lives. I don’t tell people what to do—instead, I work alongside them, offering tools, perspective, and support so they can discover what works best for them and feel empowered to make meaningful changes.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2019 and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University in 2024. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, and adjustment challenges.

Because each client’s experiences and needs are unique, I adapt my approach to fit the individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), always moving at a pace that feels comfortable for the client. Whether the focus is on learning practical coping skills, processing emotions, or navigating life changes, my goal is to help clients feel validated, understood, and equipped to move forward.
