Philip Arndt, MA, LPCA
I was born and raised in Wheaton, IL and now call Lexington home. I received my Master’s degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in Mental Health Counseling. I work primarily with adults who spend their lives caring for others. Counselors, clergy, teachers, and leaders who are often the last to ask for help themselves. My approach centers on Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside Motivational Interviewing and Existential frameworks. Our work together stays grounded in your story, your values, and what you actually want your life to look like. I believe that authentic connection is one of the most powerful forces for change and that everyone, including the helpers, deserves a space where someone can answer the question, “Who is taking care of you?”
